Clinical Trial Surveillance Coordinator

As a CTSC you will be providing direct support to all areas of Clinical Trial Surveillance Centre operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as immediate contact for consultants and sponsors in the scope of services delivered by the Centre
  • Supervising work of Clinical Trial Surveillance Consultants
  • Preparing reviews and verifies activity reports related to processes the company
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and constant improvement of processes to increase the level of satisfaction
  • Checking of invoices and timing and other aspects included into applicable agreements
  • Taking part in maintaining external contact with personal consultancy companies, universities, and other parties, involved in recruitment processes
  • Organizing of workflow related to the performance of services

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Good planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills
  • Very good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
