A leading Contract Research Organization (CRO), with over 20 years of presence on the international market, operating across 27 countries is seeking to employ HR Specialist. This is a permanent position based in one of the company’s Operational Hubs in Warsaw (PL).

 

HR Specialist - Payroll
 

The duties associated with the role include:

  • Acting as a contact person for all Employees of mentioned countries in terms of labor law;
  • Acting as a contact person for all Vendors delivering legal and payroll services in assigned countries;
  • Participation in the processes of preparing regulations and procedures related to HR and Administration;
  • Preparation of reports related to Human Resources and Administration related data;
  • Performance of all activities required by local labor law and local regulations;
  • Maintenance and update of personal files of the employees such as: contracts of employment, holiday leaves, training leaves, sick leaves, medical certificates of temporary work disability and other absences at work, information related to remuneration and bonuses, promotions data, individual and group training courses, documented trainings on industrial safety, CV;
  • Maintenance and follow up of annual vacation plans of employees for applicable countries;
  • Participation in preparation of job positions and job specifications;
  • Acting as a contact person for all Employees of mentioned countries in terms of labor law;
  • Participation in the processes of preparing regulations and procedures related to HR and Administration;
  • Preparation of reports related to Human Resources and Administration related data;
Requirements: 
 
  • Bachelor or Master studies in field of Psychology/HR/related
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience as HR Specialist in area of payroll, compensation and benefits
  • Professional experience as international payroll specialist will be an advantage
  • Ability to work in dynamic fast-paced, high volume envoirnment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to balance working on multiple projects in parallel
  • Excellent command of English (good command of German or Russian language is an advantage)
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals from multiple departments at all levels of the organization

KCR Placement may transfer your personal data to other entities, including companies from the KCR Placement capital group, provided that you give us your consent or there is another legal basis to provide these data to those entities. In case of data transfer to the companies from the KCR Placement capital group, KCR Placement may have a legitimate interest in sending personal data for internal administrative purposes.

 

In connection with recruitment process, KCR Placement may process your personal data in the scope covered by the labor law until the recruitment process is completed, and the data in a wider scope than required by the law, until consent to the processing of personal data is revoked. Upon completion of the recruitment process, the data will be processed in order to defend against potential claims that may occur in connection with recruitment until the end of the period of limitation of these claims (3 years).

If you give us consent to use your personal data for the purpose of future recruitment, your data will be used for 3 years.
