Patient Services Consultant
 
Location: Office-based, Warsaw, Mokotów
 
We would like to invite you to participate in a several-month international project that is part of the clinical research process directed at patients, consisting in cyclical, structured telephone contact with participants and reporting contact results in accordance with the procedures.
 
This is a unique opportunity to collaborate on an innovative clinical trial for people who want to influence the introduction of new treatment options!
 
Your tasks will include:
• regular telephone contact with patients participating in the clinical trial
• building positive relationships with patients and maintaining the highest standard of contact according to the principles laid down in the clinical trial procedure
 
Requirements:
• fluent Polish or English + + one of the languages: Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Latvian, Croatian, Georgian
at the level enabling efficient communication with the interlocutor
• high level of commitment and responsibility
• communication skills and high interpersonal competences
• ease of establishing contacts and building lasting relationships
• computer skills
• eligibility to work in Poland according to regulations
• ability to formulate statements clearly, good pronunciation
